Because we ship to international, shipping usually takes between 5 and 14 business days. On working days we ship your order within 24 hours and after shipping you will receive a tracking number from us by email.

If your order arrives damaged, email us immediately upon receipt of the goods to support@wloom.com with a photo or video of the goods showing the damage.

The Nano Brush is incredibly versatile. It works wonderfully to clean carpets, sofas, clothes, car mats, scratching posts and more.

But you can also use it to brush and groom pets yourself - whether dogs, cats or horses.

Indeed we have already tested it successfully on camels. :)

The Nano Brush does not tug and is gentle on your pet's fur. Because it only collects loose hair without pulling on the other hair.

There are sensitive materials on which you should first test the brush on an inconspicuous area. For example fine fabrics or knitwear, since the brush may pull threads here.

Power Ball has hidden a USB port under the on/off button. You can easily charge it with the supplied USB cable, for example with your smartphone, laptop, power bank or at the socket.

Depending on what you charge your Power Ball with, it takes 1-2 hours to charge.

The battery will then last up to 4 hours with normal use.

No. The electronics in the Power Ball are almost silent. In addition, it is covered with a silicone skin so that it hardly makes any noise even when rolling.
